摘　　要：面对互联网+,要效培育当代大学生的核心社会主义价值观,必须加强校园网及其网络文化建设,开辟鲜活的思想政治教育虚拟阵地;加强多环节多层次的教育活动,引导大学生树立核心价值体系;加强中国特色社会主义共同理想教育,帮助大学生实现人生理想与价值;加强社会主义荣辱观教育,引导大学生树立良好的社会主义思想道德观。How to demonstrate the feature of the time, grasp the rules and enhance the effectiveness are the topics for discussion at present. To cultivate the college students＇ socialist core value outlook, many measures should be taken：enhancing the construction of college websites and network culture; building new virtual platform for ideological and political education in the Internet; strengthening all-level instructional activities. To guide the students to set up socialist moral outlook, we should strengthen the common ideal education with socialist features, help the college students realize their dreams and values, and enhance the education on the honors and shames.
