天津滨海新区金融产业集群障碍及对策研究

摘　　要：在梳理天津及滨海新区金融集群发展现状及滨海新区金融集群发展4大障碍的基础上,提出针对性的策略,即处理好滨海新区与周边地区间的竞争与合作关系;推进金融创新机制,遵循联动协调机制,建立磋商机制;加强金融基础设施建设,优化金融生态环境;吸引国外金融机构入驻,创新人才引进和培养机制。Financial industrial cluster is the core carrier of regional economic development .Tianjin Binhai New Area as a base for the comprehensive reform experiment and financial innovation, and its financial cluster development is be crucial to economic development in Binhai New Area even Bohai Bay Rim Area. Based on combing the current situation and studying the big four obstacles of the financial cluster development in Binhai New Area, this article puts forward the corresponding strategy.
