摘 要:针对湿喷混凝土的特点及作用机理,对影响湿喷混凝土泵送性因素进行研究。通过混凝土坍落度试验,对比混凝土的坍落度和扩展度,得到了水泥掺量、聚丙烯纤维、水胶比和砂率与湿喷混凝土可泵送性之间的关系。通过极差、方差和回归分析得出,水胶比和砂率为显著影响因素,且当水泥为400 kg·m^(-3)、聚丙烯纤维为1 kg·m^(-3)、水胶比为0.54和砂率为0.69时湿喷混凝土泵送性最好。同时,通过SPSS软件得出泵送性和影响因素之间的回归方程,确定了湿喷混凝土泵送特性与影响因素之间的关系,为湿喷混凝土现场应用提供了理论依据。The pumpability of wet shotcrete was studied based on its characteristics and mechanism. The relationship between the pumpability and cement content,polypropylene fiber content,water-cement ratio and sand percentage of the concrete was investigated by measuring the slumps and the slump flow. The results of the range analysis and variance analysis show that the water-cement ratio and sand percentage are the significant influencing factors. The wet shotcrete could have the best pumping performance when the cement content was 400 kg·m-3,the polypropylene fiber content 1 kg·m-3,the water cement ratio 0.54 and the sand percentage 0.69. In addition,the regression equation between the pumpability and the influencing factors was obtained by using the software SPSS. The relationship between the pumping characteristics of wet shotcrete and influencing factors was determined which provided a theoretical basis for the field applications.
