摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(G04)通过溶液聚合制备了含氟丙烯酸酯预聚物(GBF),并通过红外光谱对预聚物进行了表征.将含氟丙烯酸酯预聚物、双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HI)DA)及光引发剂PI820和Igracure 184混合,制得了自由基-阳离子混杂光固化型含氟环氧丙烯酸酯涂料.结果表明,自由基、阳离子光引发剂具有协同效应,混杂体系的凝胶率高于阳离子体系.接触角测试结果表明,GBF的加入有效的降低了混杂体系固化膜的表面能,光固化膜对水的接触角从66°提高至94°.涂膜性能测试结果表明,随着柔性GBF的加人,混杂光固化膜的铅笔硬度从H下降到HB,耐刮擦性从400g下降到200g,附着力从2级提高至0级.A novel UV-curable fluorinated acrylate prepolymer (GBF) was synthesized by solution polymerization with glycidyl (GMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (G04). FT-IR spectroscopy was employed to characterize synthesized prepolymer. Furthermore, free radicalcationic hybrid uv-curable fluorinated acrylate coatings were obtained by mixing GBF with bisphenol A type epoxy acrylate (EA), 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), photoinitiator PI820, Igracure 184. The results showed that the gel content of hybrid system was higher than cationic system which can he attributed to the synergistic effect of free radical and cationic system. Contact angle showed that hybrid uvcured films had lower surface energy (i. e higher water contact angle) by adding GBF. In particularly, water contact angle increased from 66° to 94°. Other tests showed the pencil hardness of hybrid uv-cured films decreased from H to HB, scratch resistance decreased from 400g to 200g, while adhesion increased from grade 2 to grade 0 with appearance of flexible GBF.
