摘 要:使用地层测试器下井抽取地层流体样品返回地面后,为保持所获样品不因温度、压力的降低而发生相变,通常需要使取样瓶具有压力补偿及维持功能。本机械装置采用一个气弹簧组件整体放置于取样瓶内,可上下移动,利用气弹簧外径上的密封圈,达到密封和分隔作用。取样后,弹簧伸缩补偿压力体积收缩,达到稳压、保压目的。实验证明,此整体式氮气弹簧保压装置结构新颖,安全可靠,使用和维修方便。After using the formation tester getting fluid samples and back into the surface,in order to maintain the obtained sample not change due to temperature and pressure reduction,it usually need the sample bottle with pressure compensation and maintain function. The mechanical device adopts an air spring components overall placed within the sample bottle,can move up and down,using the gas spring on the outside diameter of sealing ring,sealing box space effect. After sampling,compensation volume contracts for spring pressure expansion,reaching objective of stable pressure and keeping pressure. Experiments show that the integrated nitrogen pressure device has the advantages of novel structure,safe and reliable,use and convenient maintenance.
