摘　　要：中小物流企业是山东省物流产业的主力军,其发展壮大将直接影响到山东省物流产业的发展水平。通过分析山东省中小物流企业的发展特点,运用波特的"五力竞争模型"分析法,来分析山东省中小物流企业所处的竞争环境,并提出相应策略来获取竞争优势,对山东省中小物流企业核心竞争力的提高具有积极的借鉴意义。The small and medium enterprises are the important parts of logistics industry in Shandong province,and they will direct influence development level of logistics industry in Shandong province. Through analyzing the development characteristics of logistics industry in Shandong province,it uses five- force model to analyze the competitive environment of logistics industry in Shandong province,and puts forward the corresponding strategy to gain competitive advantage,which has the positive significance of the core competence of small and medium logistics enterprises in Shandong province.
