摘 要:构建工程知识管理体系,是提升工程项目知识管理水平的有效手段和基本方法。从知识管理的本质出发,发现工程项目过程中存在知识流失严重、知识增值空间大、知识运用存在壁垒及不重视各参与者成员之间的交流等问题,为了解决这些问题,以时间维度和空间维度新的视角探寻工程项目的知识来源。将知识管理的一般原理、思想与工程项目相结合,以知识螺旋过程为核心,通过工程项目知识门户整合来源于时空维度的知识,融入组织文化、组织制度、组织结构等要素构建工程知识管理体系框架,促进工程项目组织对其知识管理的宏观把控,并依据建立体系的对策在框架范围内寻找自身薄弱点,为后续管理决策提供参照。Constructing the engineering knowledge management system is an effective and primary method to enhance the level of knowledge management of engineering projects. From the essence of the knowledge management,we found some problems existing in the process of engineering projects,including the serious knowledge erosion,the significant growth room of knowledge,the barriers of knowledge use,the ignoration of the communication between the participants and so on. To solve these problems,this article explored the source of the engineering project knowledge from temporal and spatial dimension. Combining the general principle and ideas of knowledge management with engineering projects and regarding the knowledge spiral process as the core,this article integrated the knowledge from the two dimensions using the project knowledge portal,and built the engineering knowledge management system with factors such as corporate culture,corporate system and corporate structure. This system can help the engineering project organizations control the knowledge management,find their weakness and provide reference for the future management decision-making.
