摘　　要：目的:评价810nm半导体激光的长期脱毛疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性分析98例采用半导体激光脱毛仪除毛者的治疗效果,治疗波长为810nm,光斑直径12mm×10mm,平均能量密度10J/cm^2,采用相同的治疗模式(连续发射快速移动技术)分区域治疗,记录患者的脱毛位置、脱毛次数、毛发密度、能量值及治疗间隔时间等,评价半导体激光的安全性。结果:治疗后3个月回访,98例求美者120处部位经过2次或者更多次数的脱毛治疗,治疗效果与脱毛次数关联,效果及治疗次数以患者满意为准;各部位治疗次数与能量总值均有所不同,各治疗部位的总有效率为85.8%,所有患者均未出现水疱、紫癜、色素沉着及瘢痕等不良反应。结论:810nm半导体激光脱毛效果满意,安全性高,不良反应小。Objective This study is evaluation of long-term removal efficiency and safety of 810 nm semiconductor laser.Methods Retrospective analysis of 98 cases of using semiconductor laser hair removal hair removal with the therapeutic effect of and therapeutic wavelength 810 nm,spot diameter12 mm × 10 mm,the average energy density value is about 10 J/cm^2,using the same treatment mode（continuous firing fast moving technology）subregional treatment,were recorded to hair,and position to the Mao times,hair density,energy value and treatment time interval,and the evaluation of semiconductor laser safety.Results A return visit system after treatment for 3 months,98 patients 120 site after hair removal treatment of 2 times or more times,treatment effect and hair removal times Association,the effect to patient satisfaction prevail and times of treatment to my patients satisfaction prevail;in different parts of the number of treatment and the energy value are different,the treatment site the highest total efficiency was 85.8%,all patients were no blisters,purpura,pigment ad cool headed and scar of adverse reactions.Conclusion 810 nm semiconductor laser hair removal efficiency,high safety,adverse reactions and complications are not.
