摘 要:为获得绝缘子串的50%污耐受电压(U50%)特性及相关的海拔修正系数,利用大型人工环境气候实验室,开展了300 kN双伞型瓷绝缘子(XWP2-300)串在模拟海拔下(0~4 000 m)的交流人工污秽试验.研究结果表明:在不同的模拟海拔高度下,U50%与附盐密度(SDD)ρSDD之间的关系可用相同的方程式表达;由于大雾室内润湿的非均匀性,试验所得U50%与串长的关系呈现弱非线性;相同盐密条件下,绝缘子串在不同安装方式下的U50%几乎相同;盐密对U50%的气压影响特征指数n有影响,重盐密下的n值较轻盐密下的小;串长对n值无影响,相同盐密下不同绝缘子串长的n值相同;绝缘子串型对n值有影响,单I悬垂布置、V型串布置和耐张布置时的n值依次减小.论文研究成果对高海拔地区交流特高压工程污秽外绝缘设计具有重要的指导意义.In order to provide a scientific reference for the constructions of AC transmission lines in high altitude(0- 4 000 m) areas, it is necessary to study the contamination flashover performance of long string insulators at different alti- tude. Consequently, artificial pollution tests for double sheds porcelain insulator (XWP2-300) at simulated high altitude were performed in large artificial climate laboratory. Solid layer method was used and 50% withstand voltage (U50%) were determined by the up-and-down method, then the flashover performance and the altitude correction factor of flashover voltage were obtained. Moreover, the flashover performance of insulator at simulated high altitude was analyzed. It is shown that the relationship between Us0o/o and salt deposit density(SDD) at different high altitudes can be expressed with the same equation, Usoo/o as a function of insulator length is nonlinear when the length exceeds 5 m, and Us0vo flashover strength is approximately the same for different string configurations. The influences of SDD, insulator length, and string configuration on altitude correction factor were analyzed. It is shown that altitude correction factor will be smaller with the increase of SDD, the altitude correction factors of different insulator length are approximately the same, and the val- ues of exponent n for insulators which are arranged according to 1-suspension, V-suspension and strain-suspension descend in order. The research results have important significance for the design of contamination external insulation at high altitude area.
