摘  要:目的:建立甘肃南部地区泽漆药材的高效液相指纹图谱,为泽漆的质量控制提供有效方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为30℃;采用"中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)"确定共有峰,进行模式分析及相似度计算,并根据共有峰的相对峰面积对30批样品使用SPSS 17.0进行聚类分析。结果:指认了指纹图谱中11个共有峰,各批次样品成分类型基本一致,但相似度不高,药材成分特征与其产地地理位置间无明显关联。结论:首次建立了泽漆药材的高效液相指纹图谱,该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可作为泽漆的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC fingerprints of Euphorbia helioscopia L.from south area of Gansu province,and provide a reference for quality control of Euphorbia helioscopia L.METHODS Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used,mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0ml·min-1.Temperature of column was 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was 360 nm.Software for chromatographic fingerprint was applied to analyze pattern,common peaks and similarity.Cluster analysis was done based on common peak data of 30 samples by SPSS 17.0software.RESULTS Eleven common chromatographic peaks were identified by fingerprints.Constituent types of 30 batches of Euphorbia helioscopia L were similar,but similarity was not high.There was no notable correlation between constituent characteristics and geographic locations of habitats.CONCLUSION HPLC fingerprints of Euphorbia helioscopia L.are first established,the method is simple,exclusive,stable and highly repeatable,can provide a reference for identification and quality assessment of Euphorbia helioscopia L.
