摘 要:目的:探讨临床药师及其工作存在的问题,提出解决部分问题的方法。同时把有限理性理论引入到临床药师工作中。方法:在有限理性理论视阈下,分析影响临床药师发展的相关因素。结果:临床药师的发展存在的有限性,如人才梯度的建设、临床药师思维方式,临床药师权责划分等问题。在有限理性视阈下,应亟待解决在职临床药师的工作环境、职业定位、工作药历,以及临床药师准入制度等问题。结论:通过有限理性理论的引入,客观评价临床药师及其工作,可以推进临床药师队伍稳步发展。OBJECTIVE To explore and address clinical pharmacists-related problems by applying bounded rationality theory.METHODS The relative factors influencing career development of clinical pharmacists were analyzed based on the bounded rationality theory.RESULTS Career development of clinical pharmacists was affected by several limitations from cultivation of talented personnel,thinking way of clinical pharmacists,and division of authority and responsibility of clinical pharmacists.Current problems,including working environment,career orientation,pharmacy record and qualification system of clinical pharmacists,should be addressed urgently according to the bounded rationality theory.CONCLUSION Application of bounded rationality theory in clinical pharmacists practice is helpful to objectively evaluate clinical pharmacists and their work-related problems and steadily promote professional career development of clinical pharmacists.
