摘　　要：目的:分析第三脑室中枢神经细胞瘤(CNC)的MRI表现,提高对该病的认识和诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的6例第三脑室CNC的MRI表现,扫描序列包括T1-FLAIR、T2-FLAIR、T2WI、DWI和Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果:6例肿瘤均位于第三脑室内,呈类圆形或椭圆形实性肿块,边界清楚,呈长T1、长T2信号,部分肿瘤内部信号不均、呈蜂窝状,增强扫描示肿瘤呈均匀或不均匀明显强化。侧脑室有不同程度积水。结论:位于第三脑室类圆形或椭圆形肿瘤,边界清,MRI平扫呈长T1、长T2信号,增强扫描呈明显强化者,应考虑到中枢神经细胞瘤的可能。Objective：To study the MRI manifestations of central neurocytoma （CNC） in the third ventricle,thus im proving the understanding and diagnosis of them. Methods： MRI manifestations of 6 patients with CNC in the third ventricle proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The main scan sequences were T1-FI.AIR, T2-FLAIR, T2WI,DWI and Gd-DTPA contrast-enhanced scan. Results： All 6 tumors located in the third ventricles, and appeared as round or oval solid masses with long T1- and long T2-signal on MRI plain scan,and the internal signal of some tumors was inhomogeneous. The tumors showed homogeneous or inhomogeneous marked enhancement on contrast-enhanced scan. There was hydrocephalus of lateral ventricle with different degree in all cases. Conclusion：CNC should be considered when a round or oval tumor located in the third ventricle with clear border,long T1- and long Tz-signal on plain scan and marked enhance- ment after iniection of Gd-DTPA was showed on MR1.
