摘 要:摘要以Ni—Mo—Cr系低膨胀高温合金作为研究对象,探索合金元素Mo,Co,W对合金膨胀性能、室温及高温力学性能的影响。研究表明,Co元素对合金膨胀系数影响不大;适量的W元素,有利于降低合金的膨胀系数,同时提高合金的室温及高温拉伸性能;适量的降低Mo,添加W,可以降低合金的高温膨胀系数,提高合金从低温到高温的膨胀性能一致性。Effects of alloying elements on thermal expansion and mechanical properties of Ni-Mo-Cr superalloys has been studied in this work. The alloying elements include tungsten, molybdenum and cobalt. We find that there is almost no influence of cobalt on thermal ex- pansion properties of alloys. Just the right amount of tungsten, which is beneficial to reduce the expansion coefficient, at the same time increase alloy mechanical properties of alloys at room temperature and high temperature. In order to reduce the expansion coefficient of alloy at high temperature and improve performance consistency of the expansion coefficient from low to high temperature, It also can reduce the right amount of molybdenum and add the right amount of tungsten.
