摘  要:针对当前国内SHS小口径陶瓷内衬复合管制备长度短的研究现状,采用石墨棒辅助SHS反应的新型制备工艺,成功制备了长650mm的陶瓷内衬复合细长管,使小口径陶瓷内衬复合管的制备长度有了大幅度增加。利用新工艺制取的复合管内衬层厚度约为2mm,涂层组织结构致密,与基体结合紧密,各项力学性能相对于传统工艺均有所提高。A novel technology of SHS ceramic liner technology was proposed through adding graphite rod in the reaction to solve the problem that the length of the small-caliber SHS ceramic-lined composite pipe prepared by traditional technology.A small-diameter ceramic-lined composite pipe with a length of 650 mm was successfully prepared which proved that the new technology was capable to improve the length of the composite pipe.The coating of the small-diameter ceramic-lined composite pipe was about 2mm which has a dense structure and closely combined with the matrix.All of the mechanical properties tested in the paper of the sample made by new technology were better than the sample made by traditional technology.
