摘  要:为完善安全科学技术学科体系,提出安全容量原理的定义及研究内容。在安全容量原理概念的基础上,提出安全性能最优、安全容量自组织、安全容量协同效应、安全容量扰动起源、安全容量稳态等5个子原理。研究这5个子原理的基本概念和内涵。用模糊数学方法研究安全容量量化问题。分析安全容量原理的木桶效应。通过分析得出基于安全容量原理的子原理体系。To enrich the theory system of safety science and technology disciplines,a definition of safety capacity principle and its objects were given. On the basis of the concept of the safety capacity principle,5 subordinate principles were proposed,such as those of safety performance optimization,safety capacity self-organization,safety capacity synergistic effect,disturbance origins of safety capacity,and steady-state of safety capacity. Basic concepts and connotations of the 5 subordinate principles were studied. Quantification of safety capacity was studied by using of fuzzy mathematics method. Barrel effects were analyzed for safety capacity principles. The analysis resulted in a new system of the sub principles.
