摘 要:目的 探讨数字化减影血管造影(DSA)技术在子宫输卵宫造影(HSG)中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析了本组病例160例子宫输卵管造影术,其中80例采用76%泛影葡胺5~10 m L,进行了常规透视加摄片,另80例采用碘海醇5~10 m L,采用了DSA技术摄片。结果 160例造影均能清楚显示子宫形态、大小、边缘,80例常规HSG组中,两侧输卵管完全不通者9例,其余71例中所显示输卵管远段壶腹部及伞端显示不清;80例采用DSA技术行HSG组中,两侧输卵管完全不通者6例,其余所显示输卵管全程显影清晰。结论 DSA在HSG中的应用,有效提高了HSG对判断输卵管通畅情况的准确率,尤其对远段输卵管显影清晰。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of DSA technology in HSG. Method A retrospective analysis of 160 cases with hysterosalpingography was performed, of which 80 cases were treated with 76% meglumine 5 - 10 mL, conventional radiography and fluoroscopy was performed, 80 cases with iohexol 5 - 10 mL, using DSA technology radiography. Result Angiography of 160 cases an clearly show the shape, size, edge of uterus. 80 cases in group HSG, 9 cases of bilateral fallopian tubes were blocked completely. The remaining 71 cases showed tubal distal ampulla and umbrella end display is not clear; 80 cases using DSA technology for HSG group, 6 cases on both sides fallopian tubes completely blocked, the rest of the whole oviduct were clearly displayed. Conclusion DSA in the HSG application, can effectively improve the accuracy of HSG in diagnosis of tubal patency, especially for distal fallopian tube were clearly.
