不同随访模式对宫颈环扎术后孕妇依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨出院后不同随访模式对宫颈机能不全孕妇行宫颈环扎术后依从性的影响。方法将因宫颈机能不全在我院住院并行宫颈环扎术后出院的孕妇67例,按照出院日期的单双号分为观察组35例和对照组32例。观察组孕妇在出院当天纳入宫颈机能不全QQ群管理,采用QQ群随访模式,分别于出院后1周、1个月、2个月和孕35周时进行4次网络QQ回访,对存在的问题给予指导和建议;对照组采用电话追踪模式,分别于出院后1周、1个月、2个月和孕35周时进行4次电话回访。比较两组孕妇出院后健康行为和遵医行为的依从性。结果两组孕妇出院后依从性情况比较,观察组孕妇的健康行为和遵医行为的依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论出院后网络QQ定期随访模式,建立了护患沟通的平台,为宫颈环扎术后孕妇延续了院外的护理服务,对提高宫颈机能不全行宫颈环扎术后孕妇的依从性起到重要作用。Objective To study the diflerent fullow - up after discharge mode of pregnant women cervical insuffieiency, the effects of cervical cerclage postoperative compliance. Method Hospitalized in our hospital because of cervical insufficiency, parallel cervical cerclage postoperative hospital 67 cases of pregnant women, according to the date of discharge and odd number is divided into observation group of 35 cases and control group in 32 cases. Observation group of pregnant women in the hospital the day into the cervical insufficiency QQ group management, adopts the model of QQ group Mlow - up, respectively at 1 week after discharge, 1 month, 2 months and 4 times at 35 weeks of pregnancy network QQ visit, some problems for the guidanee and advice. The control group USES the phone tracking mode, respectively at 1 week after discharge, 1 month, 2 months and 4 times at 35 weeks of pregnancy phone pays a return visit. Compare two groups of pregnant women health behavior after discharge, and according to the medical compliance behavior. Result Two groups of pregnant women after discharge compliance situation com- parison, observation group of pregnant women health behavior and obeying the medical behavior compliance is higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The network QQ regular follow - up after discharge mode, established a platform of comnmnication, for cervical cerclage pregnant women for outside the hospital nursing service, to improve the function of cervical not well after cervical cerclage pregnant eompliance play an important role.
