快速康复外科理念在人工单髁膝关节置换术围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在人工单髁膝关节置换术围手术期护理的应用效果。方法将本组收治的60例膝关节内侧间室退变性病变患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组应用快速康复外科围手术期护理理念,对照组采取常规围手术期护理方案。比较两组患者进食时间、首次排尿时间、下床活动时间、住院时间及HSS(膝关节功能)评分。结果观察组术后进食时间、首次排尿时间、下床活动时间、住院时间与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);HSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理理念在人工单髁膝关节置换手术治疗中的应用是安全、有效的,可以更好地促进患者康复。Objective To discuss the effects of rapid recovery concept on the nursing care during the perioperative period of unilateral knee arthroplasty. Methods Sixty patients with degenerative arthritis in the unilateral compartment of knee were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. Rapid recovery concept was adopted in the observation group during the daily care,while the conventional perioperative nursing procedures were used in the control group. The postoperative feeding time,the time of the first urination,the time of abulation,the length of hospital stay and hospital for special surgery（ HSS） knee function scores were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative feeding time,time of the first urination,the time of abulation,and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the HSS score was much higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The rapid recovery nusing concept is safe and effective for the patients of unilateral knee arthroplasty,which may promote the rehabilitation.
