摘　　要：随着经济发展对国经贸专业"复合应用型"人才的需求倍增,人才培养模式的重要性日益凸显。而独立学院国经贸专业如何突破高等教育的同质性发展向异质性转化,是当前亟待解决的问题。本文在客观审视独立学院国经贸专业的人才培养模式之后,对培养模式进行了定位,并构建了独立学院国经贸专业"1234"的人才培养模式。With the development of economy, the demand for compound-applied talents of international economics and trade increased, and improving talent training mode is becoming more and more urgent. The problem for independent colleges now is how to transform from homogeneity to heterogeneity. To solve this problem, a new personnel training mode, namely the 1234 mode, for international economics and trade major was established.
