摘　　要：我国科技型企业在新兴行业经济规模、科技含量、社会影响力等方面具有领先与示范地位,对工程技术人才培育提出了更深刻、更高的内涵要求。本文对科技型企业与高校合作培养工程技术人才的必要性、国内外人才培养模式以及现有的工程技术人才培养机制等方面进行了总结与分析。In our country scientific and technological enterprises has a leading and demonstration role in the scale of emerging economies, technology content and social influence with putting forward for engineering talent cultivation. This article summarized and analyzed the necessity of cultivating engineering and technical personnel through the scientific and technological enterprises cooperation with colleges and universities,personnel training mode at home and abroad and the existing engineering and technical personnel training mechanism and so on.
