摘 要:由于低效开发区块的油井不能连续生产,必须采取油井间开即间歇生产方式,而关井多长时间开井、开井多长时间关井,完全凭现场生产经验,不但难以确定一种准确、合理的油井间开制度,还会对油井造成伤害。基于对静液面恢复连续跟踪测试,将实测数据输入计算机进行处理,可建立一种数学模型,通过运行该数学模型,找到多种油井间开制度,从中选定最优的油井间开方案,解决低产低效井在原油开采过种中遇到的供排矛盾问题。数学模型法与传统的反复开/关井法和系统试井法相比,具有简便、快捷、确定周期短、选择范围大、现场实用性强的特点,既可以应用在螺杆泵井,也可应用在抽油机井等机械采油井上,具有较高的推广应用价值。As the wells in inefficient oil development block can not be continuous productive,the intermittent mode of production methods must be taken.However,how long to shut-in open wells and how long to open shut wells are entirely based on field experience,which is not only difficult to determine an accurate and reasonable well intermittent system,but also may damage wells.Based on recovering continuous tracking test on the static liquid level,the measured data was entered into the computer for processing,a mathematical model can be established to find a variety of intermittent systems,the best intermittent system can be selected to solve the contradiction between supply and discharge encountered in the low-yielding inefficient wells in petroleum production.Compared with traditional repeatedly open/shut-well testing method and system,mathematical model method is simple,fast with short determination period,large rangeof options and on-site practical features,which can be used in both screw shaft wells and oil pumping wells and other machinery production wells,it has a high spreading and application value.
