摘　　要：能耗模拟技术是进行节能分析、技术改进及经济优化等的有效手段。以合肥市某办公建筑为例,利用建筑能耗模拟软件DeST-c对建筑空调系统的冷热负荷进行了动态模拟,并详细分析了该办公楼的逐时负荷变化情况。Energy consumption analysis techniques are useful tools for building saving energy analysis, techniques and economic optimization. This papers takes the public building in Hefei for examples, and an energy simulation software DeST-c is used to simulate building air conditioning load of air-condition system for the dynamic simulation, furthermore, The hourly load of the office building is analyzed in detail.
