摘 要:探讨纺织厂靶式喷水室喷排立管管径的大小对空调室节能的影响。在自建实验台上和实际喷淋室中研究了安装靶式喷嘴的喷排立管管径对整个喷淋系统节能影响,分析比较了三种不同管径(Φ50、Φ40、Φ32)立管下水泵的耗能大小和提供给喷嘴的喷水压力大小。发现三种管径中,管径为Φ40的立管在水泵耗能与喷水压力方面要优于其他两种管径立管并在实际工程当中进行了验证。认为在喷水室设计时,考虑适宜的立管管径会对空调室的节能起到促进作用。The effect of riser pipe diameter size in the target-type spray chamber on its energy-saving was discussed. Study on the effect of riser pipe diameter on the energy saving of the sprinkler system with target-type nozzles on my self-built experimental table and in air conditioning room, analyzing and comparing the pump energy consumption and the hydraulic pressure for nozzles under three different diameters(Φ40, Φ50,Φ32) of the riser size. Find that the diameter of Φ40 risers in the three kinds of pipe diameter, energy and water pressure in the pump is better than the other two aspects diameter risers. It is considered that a suitable riser pipe diameter will play a promoting role in the energy-saving about the air conditioning room design.
