摘  要:以1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,丙烯酸和硫化氢在自制氧化镁催化下合成3-巯基丙酸,产物经XRD、GC-MS和IR确证。合成3-巯基丙酸的适宜条件为:1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,反应温度80℃,H2S压力0.3 MPa,n(催化剂)∶n(丙烯酸)=0.2∶1,V(1,4-二氧六环)∶V(丙烯酸)=5∶0.2,反应时间5 h。在此条件下,丙烯酸转化率为98.8%,3-巯基丙酸选择性为36.2%,3-巯基丙酸收率为35.6%。Using 1,4-dioxane as the solvent, and acrylic acid and hydrogen sulfide as the raw materials, 3-mereaptopropionie acid was synthesized over homemade magnesium oxide catalyst. The product of 3-mercaptopropionic acid synthesis was analyzed by XRD, IR and GC-MS. The results showed that acrylic acid conversion of 98.8%, the selectivity to 3-mercaptopropionic acid of 36.2% and 3-mercaptopropionic acid yield of 35.6% were obtained under the optimum condition as follows:l ,4-dioxane as the solvent, reaction temperature 80 ℃, hydrogen sulfide pressure 0.3 MPa, n ( magnesium oxide) : n ( acrylic acid) = 0.2: 1, V( 1,4-dioxane) : V(aerylic acid) =5:0.2 ,and reaction time 5 h.
