摘 要:以大气CO_2浓度(大约380μmol/mol)为对照,研究了T1[(700±50)μmol/mol]和T2[(900±50)μmol/mol]2种CO_2浓度对非洲菊栽培品种水粉光合生理和植株生长的影响。结果表明,处理30 d,T1、T2处理叶片的净光合速率分别比同期对照增加了68%~80%和74%~85%,但蒸腾速率和气孔导度下降;CO_2加富促进了叶片中可溶性糖和淀粉的积累,但降低了可溶性蛋白的含量;总生物量的测定结果表明,处理30 d,T1和T2处理的鲜质量分别比CK增加了18%和20%,干质量增加了18%和21%。以上结果表明,CO_2加富能显著促进非洲菊的生长,2种CO_2浓度之间并没有显著差异,在实际的设施栽培中采用(700±50)μmol/mol的CO_2对非洲菊进行加富处理具有更重要的经济和环保意义。Two kinds of CO_2 concentration[T1:( 700 ± 50) μmol/mol,T2:( 900 ± 50) μmol/mol] treatments were conducted in open-top plastic greenhouses to investigate their effects on photosynthetic physiology and growth in Gerbera jamesonii,compared to the atmospheric CO_2 concentration( CK,approximately 380 μmol/mol). The results showed that compared with CK,when the plants were treated for 30 days,the leaf net photosynthetic rate( Pn) of G. jamesonii increased by 68% —80% in T1 and 74% —85% in T2,but the Gs and Tr significantly decreased; elevated CO_2 concentration also significantly increased the contents of soluble sugar,starch,but decreased the contents of soluble proteins; the biomass determination in T1 and T2 revealed that plant fresh weight and dry weight was raised 18%,20% and 18%,21%,respectively. These results demonstrated that elevated CO_2 concentration had significantly positive effects on the growth of G. jamesonii. Even though there were no significant differences between( 700 ± 50) μmol/mol and( 900 ± 50) μmol/mol CO_2 concentration treatments on the basis of the statistical data,( 700 ±50) μmol/mol CO_2 concentration exhibited more favorable cost savings and environmental friendly in commential production of G. jamesonii.
