摘 要:研究了温度、光照强度、湿度、风速、噪音强度等单因素对东亚钳蝎仔蝎成活率的影响,并利用响应面法对影响仔蝎成活率的温度、光照强度和湿度3个主要因素进行优化,结合风速和噪音强度单因素试验的结果,确定仔蝎最佳成活率参数为:温度(32±1)℃,光照强度(100±20)lx,相对湿度63%±2%,风速0~0.5 m/s,噪音强度0~40 d B。在此条件下,仔蝎成活率达到95.0%。The temperature,light intensity,humidity,wind speed,noise intensity and other single factor's influence on the survival rate of Buthus martensii Karsch cubs were studied. Response surface method were used to optimize the temperature,light intensity and humidity of three major factors affecting the survival rate of Buthus martensii Karsch cubs,and combining the results of wind speed and noise levels of the single factor test,to determine the best parameter of the survival rate of Buthus martensii Karsch cubs.Temperature was( 32 ± 1) ℃,light intensity was( 100 ± 20) lx,RH was 63% ± 2%,wind speed was 0—0. 5 m/s,loudness of noise was 0—40 d B. Under this condition,The survival rate of larvae was reached95. 0%.
