摘　　要：目的:评价部分小阴唇皮瓣网状移植阴道及宫颈成形术后患者的性功能状态。方法:回顾分析1984年3月至2015年4月在安徽医科大学阜阳临床学院妇科接受部分小阴唇皮瓣网状移植阴道及宫颈成形术的先天性子宫颈闭锁合并阴道完全闭锁患者的临床资料,应用FSFI量表评估患者的性功能状态。同时随机选择年龄匹配的健康妇女作为对照组。结果:10例有性生活史的手术患者的FSFI总分为(26.13±1.09)分,对照组FSFI总分为(26.55±2.09),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.570);两组的性兴趣、性唤起、阴道润滑、性高潮、性满意度和性交痛方面得分基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:部分小阴唇皮瓣网状移植阴道及宫颈成形术患者术后能达到正常女性的性功能状态。Objective：To evaliate the sexual state of patients who were treated with part of the labia minora flap retiform transplantation in cervicovaginal reconstruction. Methods：The clinical data of patients with congenital complete vaginal atresia combined with cervical atresia were retrospectively analyzed from March 1984 to April 2015 in department of Gynecology,Fuy-ang clinical medical college of Anhui medical university. These patients were treated with part of the labia minora flap retiform transplantation in cervicovaginal reconstruction. The sexual state of these patients were evaliated using FSFI questionnaire. At the same time random age matched healthy women was chosen as control group. Results：10 of surgical patients had sexu-ally life,the total FSFI score was 26. 13 ±1. 09,which was similar to that of control group （26. 55±2. 09,P=0. 570）. In the Desire、Arousal、Lubrication、Orgasm、Satisfaction、Comfort （ six separate domains of the functional aspect of female sexuality） ,The similarity was also ob-served（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion：Patients treated with part of the labia minora flap retiform trans-plantation in cervicovaginal reconstruction can achieve normal female sexual function.
