摘  要:研究0Cr19Ni9不锈钢A-TIG焊中不同配比活性剂组分(x%SiO_2、y%TiO_2)对焊缝熔深及其微观组织的影响。结果表明,与无活性剂的焊缝相比,施加合适配比活性剂的焊缝熔深增加较为明显(超过2 mm)。与单一成分活性剂相比,二元活性剂SiO_2与TiO_2之间存在一定协同效应,使焊缝熔深增加更为明显。使用活性剂焊接的焊缝中铁素体相有所增加,并且铁素体变得更加细小弥散。同时,焊缝奥氏体晶粒明显得到细化,但熔合区晶粒有增大趋势。This paper investigated the influence of different mixture ratio activating fluxes component (x%SiO2,y% TiO2) on the penetration and welding microstructure in A-TIG welding for 0Crl9Ni9.The resuhs indicate that,compared with the weld without activating fluxes,activating fluxes can increase weld penetration clearly (more than 2 mm).Compared with the single activating flux, there exists a synergistic effect between binary activating fluxes SiO2 and TiO2,which makes the penetration increased more obviously.Studies show that,by using activating fluxes,the weld ferrite phase increases,and the size becomes smaller.At the same time,the weld austenite grains are obviously refiner,but the fusion zone grains have a tendency to increase.
