摘 要:基于有限元理论,在Abaqus中采用顺序热力耦合的方法对汽轮机部件进行焊接数值计算,并研究部件的焊接变形。计算时运用Fortran编写子程序实现双椭球热源的移动,并运用生死单元技术模拟实际焊缝填充过程,得到该部件温度场、应力场和焊接变形的分布情况。将汽轮机部件关键部位焊接变形数值计算结果与最终测得工程实际结果对比,吻合良好。该研究方法和所得结论为汽轮机焊接变形和其他大型结构的焊接变形研究提供了理论和数据支持。Based on the finite element theory,the method of the thermal coupling in Abaqus is used to calculate the welding numerical value of the steam turbine components, and the welding deformation of the parts is studied.In the calculation, the use of Fortran programming to achieve a double ellipsoid heat source of movement,and the use of life and death element technology to simulate the actual welding process, get the temperature field, stress field and the distribution of welding deformation.The numerical calculation results of the welding deformation of the key parts of the steam turbine components are in good agreement with the actual results of the final test.The research methods and conclusions provide a theoretical and data support for the welding deformation and other large structures of steam turbine.
