新疆农业生产要素产出弹性、替代弹性及其技术进步差异分析——基于超越对数生产函数模型

摘　　要：为了探析西北民族地区农业生产要素对农业经济的增长效应,研究构建超越对数生产函数,把农业资本投入、劳动力投入、土地投入及中间投入作为农业生产函数的投入要素,运用岭回归估计法,对新疆农业生产要素的产出弹性、替代弹性及其技术进步差异进行估计分析,实证分析结果表明各农业生产要素协同匹配水平不高,农业资本投入、劳动力投入、土地投入利用效率显著低于农业中间投入,农业劳动力投入和农业土地投入的地位下降明显,农业资本投入和农业土地投入的技术进步速度较低。最后,根据实证结论提出提高新疆农业生产要素配置效率、驱动农业经济快速增长的有效政策含义。In order to study the growth effect of agricultural production factors to agricultural economy in northwest,this paper constructs the trans-log production function,takes the input factors of agricultural capital,labor input,land input and intermediate inputs as the input factors of agricultural production. This paper estimates and analyses the output elasticity,substitution elasticity and technological progress difference of agricultural production factors by using the ridge regression estimation method in Xinjiang. The empirical results show that the collaborative level of agricultural production factors is not high,and the use efficiency of agricultural capital input,labor input and land input are significantly lower than intermediate inputs. The status of input of agricultural labor and agricultural land decreased significantly. The agricultural capital investment and agricultural land investment in the technological progress rate is lower. Finally,according to the empirical conclusions,the paper proposes the effective policy implications of improving the efficiency of agricultural production factors and driving the agricultural economy rapidly growth in Xinjiang.
