摘　　要：基于对国内某地方重点大学法学院全体本科生进行的问卷调查,发现本科生对未来法学专业就业形势持较为乐观态度,但是只有较少学生有科学有效的自我评估,对职业生涯机会的深入认识和评估以及较为明确的职业发展目标,缺少对职业生涯规划理性思考,这是学校教育和学生自身两方面原因造成的。学校方面应系统开设法学本科生职业生涯发展与规划课程;认真培养法学本科生必备素质能力;要对学生毕业后就业方向和选择进行分类指导。The article is based on a questionnaire survey on all undergraduate law majors in a certain key domestic university. We find that undergraduate students have an optimistic attitude to the future employment situation of the law major. However,only few of the them have scientific and effective self-assessments,thorough understandings and evaluations of career opportunity,or relatively clear career goals. What＇s worse,they lack rational thinking of career planning. The reason for this phenomenon lays on both school education and students. Schools should set up systematic courses of career development and planning of law undergraduates,train the necessary quality and ability of and provide classified guidance for the employment direction and choose of law undergraduates.
