摘　　要：目的探讨不间断经鼻持续气道正压通气下,应用肺泡表面活性物质固尔苏的方法及护理。方法对17例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征早期经鼻持续气道正压通气联合固尔苏治疗,在不间断经鼻持续气道正压通气下,经气管留置导管应用固尔苏,观察用药过程及效果。结果 17例患儿中,16例经一次吸痰,顺利留置导管给药。1例经2次吸痰,仍有较多分泌物,最终采用传统方法给药。17例患儿均未出现不良反应,经逐步撤氧治愈出院。结论不间断经鼻持续气道正压通气下经导管应用固尔苏取得良好临床效果,方法简便,患儿安全、舒适。Objective To explore the method of pulmonary surfactant（PS）curosurf application and its nursing in persistent nasal continous positive airway pressure ventilation（NCPAP）.Methods Seventeen neonates with respiratory distress sydrome（NRDS）were given treatment of nasal continous positive airway pressure ventilation and curosurf;curosurf was given through endotracheal tube in persistent nasal continous positive airway pressure ventilation;observe the drug usage process and effect.Results In the 17 neonates,16cases were treated successfully through indwelling catheter after suctioning once.one case used drug in traditional method because of more secretion after suctioning twice.The 17 neonates had no adverse effect,and were cured and discharged after discontinuing oxygen gradually.Conclusion Application of cuosurf through endotracheal tube in persistent NCPAP ventilation achieves good clinical results;the method is simple and practical;the neonates feel safe and comfortable.
