医院科研经费管理中存在的问题及应对策略

摘　　要：科研经费的规范化管理是科研项目顺利开展的重要保障,但目前我国医院科研经费管理中仍然存在一些问题。对医院科研经费管理中存在的关键技术问题进行剖析,并提出了如下策略规范医院科研经费的管理:科研项目立项阶段应编制科学的经费预算、执行阶段应重视经费的过程管理、经费使用信息应公开透明、建立健全经费监管机制等。Standardized management of scientific research funds is the important guarantee for scientific research project implementation.However,some problems still exist in scientific research funds management at present in the hospital.In this paper,the main technical problems of scientific research funds management at present in the hospital are analyzed.Countermeasures are proposed as follows,making scientific funds budge in the initial phase of the scientific research project,paying attention to the process management of the funds in the implementation phase,making public the usage of the funds,establishing and improving the supervision mechanism,and so on.
