官兵意志力与理性的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨官兵的意志力与理性和心理社会影响因素的相关性,为部队官兵的心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用人性哲学量表中的意志力和理性分量表、症状自评量表、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷、生活事件量表对1 783名官兵进行心理测评。统计处理采用秩变换方差分析、pearson相关分析及Amos路径分析。结果不同兵种、不同文化层次的官兵在意志力与理性方面差异有统计学意义;官兵意志力与理性和与个性因素、SCL-90各因子均具有高度显著性相关;Amos路径分析显示存在多条显著路径,并发现人格因素对官兵意志力与理性影响的作用较心理健康和生活事件更为突出,通过人格、心理健康的中介作用,使得生活事件对意志力与理性的影响被放大。结论官兵意志力与理性在不同文化程度、军种上具有差异性,并且受到心理健康、个性、生活事件因素的影响。Objectives Explore the correlation between willpower and rational and psychosocial factors of servicemen,to provide evidence of mental health education for the troops.Methods 1 783 servicemen were evaluated on Willpower and rational Scale of Philosophies of Human Nature（PHN）,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）,16 personality factor questionnaire（16PF）and Life Event Scale（LES）.Rank transform one factor ANOVA,Pearson correlation and Amos pathway methods were implemented.Results Significant differences of were showed in different arms and educational level.Servicemen willpower and rational and personality factors,SCL-90 factor were highly correlated.Amos Path analysis revealed a number of significant paths.For the role of the servicemen willpower and rational,it is found that the influence of personality factors was the most prominent.Through an intermediary regulatory role of personality and mental factors,it was discovered that the life events factors on the impact of willpower and rational were able to enlarge.Conclusions Differences of servicemen willpower and rational was showed in different arms and educational level and it was influenced by mental health,personality and life events.
