咸宁市健康管理服务机制运作实践及探讨

摘　　要：人们对健康管理的需求不断增长,而健康管理在现有的公共卫生服务中仍处于缺位状态。湖北省咸宁市疾病预防控制中心在湖北省率先开展了健康管理服务尝试,初步建立了一套运作机制。详细介绍了健康管理服务机制的组织形式、保障措施、五步运作技术路线等,并提出了组织保障措施。The demand for health management is growing,but which is still at absence state in the existing public health work.Center of disease and control of Xianning city explored health management service in Hubei province firstly,and carried out an operation mechanism initially.This paper described the organization form,safeguards and five-step technical route,so as to provide a reference for the development of health management.
