摘　　要：通过基地化训练提高批量伤病员救治能力,是推动野战医疗队综合保障能力提升的有效途径。主要包括如何协调好人员、物资、装备,保证批量伤病员救治效率和质量,对组织指挥提出较高要求。通过总结提出野战医疗队批量伤病员救治组织指挥需遵循的原则和策略,以期为野战医疗队建设提供有益借鉴。To strengthen the medical aid capacity for the batch sick and wounded by training base is the essential way to improve the integrated supportability of the field medical team. The question involved how to coordinate and allocate the personnel,materials and supplies and equipment to ensure the treatment efficacy and quality for the batch sick and wounded has brought high requirements to the organization and command. This paper summarizes and puts forward the principles and tactics for the organization and command of the field medical team in the medical aid of the batch sick and wounded,aiming to provide references to the construction of field medical teams.
