摘　　要：目的:研究白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(150×4.6nm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(55:45);检测波长236nm。结果:加样回收率为98.16%;RSD为1.1%;相关系数r=0.9999;五批白鲜皮配方颗粒中白鲜碱的含量均值为0.96mg·g^(-1)。结论:方法简便,结果准确,重复性好。Objective：To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of Dictamnine in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules.Methods：Select Agilent C18（150 × 4.6nm,5μm）;The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water（55：45）;The detection wavelength was at 236 nm.Results：The average recovery was 98.16%;RSD=1.1%;r=0.9999.The contents of Dictamnine in Dictamni Cortex Dispensing Granules were 0.96 mg·g^-1.Conclusion：This method was found to be simple and accurate.
