摘 要:研究以樱桃谷鸭为试验对象,测定了15种不同产地棉籽粕的常规营养成分、氨基酸含量及其代谢能和氨基酸利用率。代谢试验选择健康、体重一致的成年樱桃谷公鸭36只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鸭。以无氮日粮为基础饲粮,采用套算法分3批测定15个棉籽粕样品的代谢能和氨基酸利用率。试验结果表明:1在90%干物质基础下,15种棉籽粕除了粗蛋白质含量的变异系数小于10%,其他常规营养成分变异系数均大于10%。氨基酸含量除了丝氨酸的变异系数小于9%(8.55%),缬氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸和脯氨酸的变异系数超过10%,分别为10.05%、10.25%、10.35%和11.05%,其余氨基酸含量的变异系数都在9.10%-9.95%范围之内。215种不同产地的棉籽粕的表观代谢能变化范围在5.90-9.59 MJ/kg之间,真代谢能变化范围在7.03-10.83 MJ/kg之间。各棉籽粕的能量表观利用率主要在34.61%-56.56%之间。能量真利用率主要在41.87%-63.85%之间。各氨基酸的利用率差异也较大,真利用率以精氨酸最高,平均达91.72%,赖氨酸的平均真利用率最低,为69.15%。The experiment was conducted to measure the general nutrition characteristics, metabolic en-ergy and amino acids availability of 15 kinds of cottonseed meals from different producing areas. Thir-ty-six adult male cherry valley ducks were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 replicates in one groupand one duck in each replicate. Based on the nitrogen-free diets, metabolic energy and amino acidsavailability of 15 kinds of cottonseed meals from different producing areas were determined for 3batches. Results showed that:1 on the 90% dry matter basis, the crude protein content variation co-efficient was less than 10%, other nutrients variation coefficient were larger than 10%. Amino ac-ids content of variation coefficient was lower than 9%, except serine. Valine, lysine, arginine andproline content variation coefficient were morethan 10%, namely 10.05%, 10.25%, 10.35%and 11.05%, respectively. 2 Values of apparentmetabolic energy of 15 kinds of cottonseedmeals were in the range of 5.90-9.59 MJ/kg,true metabolic energy range from 7.03 MJ/kg to10.83 MJ/kg. The apparent utilization rate of en-ergy mainly between 34.61% -56.56%, the trueutilization rate of energy is proximately between41.87%-63.85%. For amino acid availability, ar-ginine had the highest true amino acid availability, up to 91.72%, while lysine had the lowest value,which was 69.15%.
