摘  要:介绍了铅、锌冶炼烟气制酸工程的工艺设计特点和主要设备选型情况。试生产期间发现系统中存在一些问题,后逐渐加以完善。一年多的生产实践表明:制酸系统各项工艺指标均达到设计值,转化率大于99.90%,尾气排放SO_2质量浓度低于200 mg/m^3。该烟气制酸设计工程采用的工艺技术先进、可靠,适应性强。Process design features and main equipment selection for lead and zinc smelter acid process were discussed. According to some problems exposed during the trials,solutions on how to improve the process were proposed. The one-year practice has demonstrated that all the technical specifications for the acid plant system met the designing requirements,with the conversion rate more than 99. 90%,SO2 concentration in the emitted gas lower than 200 mg / m3 and the technology applied in the acid plant advanced,reliable and adaptable.
