摘  要:以某卡车用AA5754铝镁合金油箱盖板为研究对象,利用DYNAFORM有限元软件对其拉深成形过程进行有限元模拟,研究了板料厚度、模具间隙及压边力对最大减薄率的影响,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:油箱盖板最大减薄率随着板料厚度及压边力的增大而增加,随着模具间隙的增大而减小;最大减薄率及最大增厚率的模拟值与试验值的相对误差分别为7.85%与9.48%,验证了有限元模拟的准确性;通过有限元模拟,将板料的厚度从3mm降至2.5mm。With the oil tank cover plate of truck made from AA5754 aluminum magnesium alloy as research object,the deep drawing process of this oil tank cover plate was simulated by DYNAFORM software,and the effects of blank thickness,die clearance and blank holder force on the maximum thinning rate was studied.The simulated results were verified by experimental results.The results show that the maximum thinning rate increased with the increase of the blank thickness and blank holder force,while decreased with the increase of the die clearance.The relative error between simulated and experimental value of maximum thinning rate and maximum thickening rate was 7.85% and 9.48% respectively,verifying the accuracy of the numerical simulation.Additionally,the blank thickness was decreased from 3mm to 2.5mm by the finite element simulation.
