摘 要:针对采空区矿柱回采难题,创造性的提出了围堰式袋装充填采矿法。该方法采用袋装充填体充填采空区,为回采工作创造条件并提供作业面,在治理采空区的同时实现矿柱的高效回收。与传统工艺相比,该方法回采安全、高效,贫化损失小,作业环境好,可操作性强。实际应用取得了采场平均生产能力137.2t/d、矿石损失率4.2%、贫化率4.95%的技术指标,采切工程量少,采切比约为1.41m/kt。Aiming at the problems of pillars extraction in goaf, backfill with cofferdam packing bags was creatively put forward. The packing bags were used to fill the goaf, create safe and convenient conditions for stoping and provide the operation surface. As a result, the goaf was controlled and the pillars were effectively recovered. Compared with the traditional raethod, the new method had such advantages as safe and high-efficient stoping, low loss and dilution, good operating environment, as well as strong operability. Good technical results were achieved in field application including the average production capacity of 137.2 t/d, the ore loss rate of 4.2 %, and the dilution rate of 4.95 %. Meanwhile, the mining engineering amount was small, with the mining and cutting ratio of about 1.41 m/kt.
