摘  要:利用G1eeble-2000热模拟试验机研究了深海用DNV485管线钢在两阶段轧制变形后的连续冷却转变行为,借助热膨胀法和金相法建立了其连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,该管线钢在较低的冷速下会得到以铁素体(F)为主含有少量退化珠光体(P')的高温相变产物,在较高的冷速下得到以粒状贝氏体为主混有少量板条贝氏体的中温相变产物。Continuous cooling transformation behaviors of DNV485 pipeline steel used in deep sea after two-stage rolling deformation were researched by Gleeble-2000 thermal mechanical simulator,and the continuous cooling transformation curves were measured through thermal dilatometry method and metallographic method.The results show that the high temperature transformation phase that mainly consist of ferrite mixed with a small amount degenerated pearlite can be obtained at low cooling rate,and the intermediate temperature transformation phase that granular bainite mixed with a small amount lath bainite can be formed at fast cooling rate.
