摘　　要：作为当今世界上最为复杂的一对双边关系,中美之间因存在着地缘战略竞争和意识形态对抗的结构性矛盾,分歧颇多。而中国周边恰是中美战略博弈的焦点地区,理性分析中美在中国周边议题上的分歧,并进行方向性的预期管控,对维护中国周边安全及地区和平具有重要的现实意义。The China-US bilateral relationship is the most complicated one in the contemporary world, as it involves structural contradictions of geostrategic competition and ideological confrontation, and there are many differences between them. As China's periphery is the focus area of strategic games between China and the US, it is of important and practical significance to make a rational analysis of the differences between China and the US on issues related China's periphery, and carry out expected control of those differences so as to maintain China's peripheral security and regional peace.
