摘 要:管道运输具有效率高、成本低和可靠性等优点,在油气输送方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,由于运行年限增长、环境变化和腐蚀等原因,管道易发生防腐层破损,油气泄露等现象,造成巨大的经济损失,并给人民生命财产和生存环境带来了巨大的潜在威胁。因此,为了保证管道的安全运行,必须定期对管道的防腐层和阴极保护效果进行检测,判断外防腐层的保护状态。以大庆油田输油管道为例,通过现场DVCG和CIPS检测和测试数据处理分析,对输油管道防腐层和阴极保护效果进行评价研究,为管道管理者提供科学的、准确地防腐系统数据,也为管道防腐层的修复提供科学的依据。Pipe transportation has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and high reliability, so it is playing an increasingly important role in oil and gas transportation. However, due to operating years growth, environmental change and corrosion reasons, some phenomenon such as pipeline anticorrosive coating damage, oil and gas leak, etc. often occurred. This caused huge economic loss, and brought great potential threats to the people's life and property and the environment. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the pipeline operation, regular inspection of pipeline external coating and cathodic protection effect, judging the state of anticorrosive layer outside protection is necessary. As an example, through DVCG and CIPS detection and the analysis of test data of the oil pipeline in Daqing oilfield, the anticorrosion coating and cathodic protection effect evaluation were researched. The results can provide scientific and accurate pipeline corrosion protection system data to managers, and provide scientific basis for the repair of the external anticorrosive coating.
