摘　　要：目的:探讨JCI理念在医院行风建设中的应用效果。方法:我院监察室充分运用JCI先进理念,加强组织保障,形成考核合力,整合考评内容,突出考评重点,规范考评方法,狠抓制度建设,强化监督考核。结果:我院监察室充分运用JCI先进理念,大力推进了医院行风建设工作。通过实施一系列整改举措,患者满意度大幅度上升,2010年江苏省卫生厅出院病人问卷函调综合满意度为92.7%,全省排名第9位;2011年为95.94%,全省排名第5位;2012年为97.4%,全省排名第3位;2013年为97.1%,全省排名第4位。结论:应用JCI理念能够大力推进医院行风建设的效果。Objective To investigate the effect of the application of JCI concept in the construction of hospital. Methods Our hospital monitoring room full use of JCI advanced ideas, strengthen the organization and protection, the formation of a joint assessment, integrated evaluation content, highlighting the focus of evaluation, standardized evaluation method, pay close attention to system construction, strengthen supervision and assessment. Results The room of our hospital and make full use of JCI advanced ideas, and vigorously promote the work style construction of hospital. Through the implementation of a series of corrective measures, patient satisfaction increased significantly. In 2010, Jiangsu Province Health Department discharged patient questionnaire postal comprehensive satisfaction was 92.7%, the province ranked 9th; 2011 for 95.94%, the province ranked the five; 2012 was 97.4%, the province ranked the 3, 2013 is 97.1%, the province ranked the 4 Conclusion Application of JCI concept to vigorously promote the construction of the hospital effect.
