摘　　要：互联网经济崛起的背景下,信息化已经变成所有企业必须关注的问题。只有进行科学有效的信息化规划,才能保障信息化投资回报率。本文利用Zachman框架理论为这一问题提供了一个稳健的解决方案,对信息化规划总体架构和步骤做了深入探讨,为大型企业信息化规划提供了一个科学的工具,也可为集团公司信息化部门制定中长期规划提供相关指引。Under the background of the rise of the Intemet economy, all companies must focus on information technology application. In order to ensure return on investment, it is only by scientific and effective information technology planning. In this paper, the theory of Zachman framework provides a workaround for this problem. It have studied the overall architecture and steps of information technology planning, It provides a scientific tool for large enterprise information technology planning, but also make the guidelines for the company information department develop long-term plan.
