摘　　要：图书馆是高校重要的科研信息来源,承担着服务科研和学术创新的任务,而将科研信息快速高效地整合并传递给相应的科研团队或组织,并以此推动校内各科研团队与组织的合作,增加综合性学术成果产出始终是图书馆不断探索的课题。培养研究生信息专员可成为优化科研信息传递效果、营造学术创新环境的新型图书馆学科服务模式。University library is the important information source of scientific research and undertakes the task of research service and academic innovation. It is a topic worthy of the continuous exploration for the library to integrate the scientific research information efficiently and transfer it to the corresponding scientific research institutions so as to promote the cooperation among organizations and increase comprehensive academic output. Perhaps graduate information commissioner can be the new path or direction to optimize the effect of research information transmission and construct the academic innovation environment.
