摘 要:为提高充填采煤效率、降低充填成本,结合煤系层状覆岩移动特点和控制要求研发了覆岩隔离注浆充填不迁村采煤技术。基于覆岩关键层结构设计合理的工作面采宽并在相邻工作面间留设一定宽度的隔离煤柱,通过地面钻孔对采动覆岩高压注浆充填,在工作面中部形成一定宽度的压实支撑区,与隔离煤柱联合控制覆岩关键层结构的稳定性,从而减小地表下沉,实现不迁村采煤。该技术已在淮北矿区8个煤矿的12个压煤采区得到成功应用,累计采出建筑物下压煤780余万t。In order to improve the coal mining efficiency with backfilling and reduce the backfilling cost, the technology of isolated grout injection into overburden was proposed based on the characteristics of layered strata movement and its control demands. Based on the struc- ture of overburden key stratum, the rational width of work face was designed, and isolated coal pillars with some width were left between ad- jacent work faces.The grout was injected into the mining-induced overburden with high pressure through surface boreholes,which could form a compact area at the center of work face, conjunction with the isolated coal pillars to maintain the stabilization of the key strata,thus surface subsidence value was reduced and the coal resources under villages were extracted without village relocation. The technology of iso- lated grout injection into overburden had been applied in 12 mining blocks of the eight coal mines at Huaibei Mining Area, China, where more than 7.8 million tons of coal was extracted.
