摘 要:为满足矿井回风低温废热的高效回收利用,对目前煤矿广泛应用的对旋式主要通风机扩散塔结构进行了改造优化,在保障通风机良好气动性能的前提下,重点增大扩散塔热湿交换容积。采用流体仿真方法模拟改造前后扩散塔内部流场的状况,以及改造后喷淋式热交换器扩散塔内部气液两相流热湿交换效果。以山西某煤矿为例,对数值仿真模拟结果进行了工程验证,结果表明:改造后喷淋式热交换器进出口介质温差的仿真模拟结果为3~7(℃,与实际工程运行数据吻合(最冷月实测热交换器平均温差5℃),改造后喷淋式矿井排风热回收系统提热量满足冬季井筒防冻的热需求。In order to meet a high efficient recovery and utilization of the air retuning low temperature waste heat in a coal mine,a recon- struction optimization was conducted on diffusion tower of the counter rotating main fan.On the premise to ensure a good aerodynamic per- formance of the fan, the heat and humidity exchange volume of the diffusion tower was increased.a fluid simulation method was applied to simulate and study the internal flow field condition before and after the reconstruction of the diffusion tower and to simulate and study the air and liquid phase flow heat and humid exchange effect within the diffusion tower of the spray-raining heat exchanger.Based on a coal mine in Shanxi Province as an example, an engineering verification was conducted on the numerical similar simulation results.The results showed that after the reconstruction,the similar simulation results of the temperature differences between the income and outcome medium temperature difference at the spray-raining type heat exchanger was 3 - 7 ~C , which could fit with the actual engineering operation ( the av- erage temperature difference of the actual measured in most cold month was 5 ℃ ) and after the reconstruction, the heat recovered volume of the mine spray raining type mine heat recovery system could meet the winter heat requirements of the freezing prevention.
