西藏自我发展能力实证分析——以日喀则市为例

摘　　要：提升西藏自我发展能力,建立长期自我发展基础,是西藏经济社会实现跨越式发展,从根本上改变其落后面貌,实现国家区域经济协调发展战略的必然选择。文章在构建评价西藏自我发展能力的指标体系的基础上,以西藏日喀则市为例,运用主成分分析法和因子分析法计算出日喀则市1区17县的地区自我发展能力的综合得分并进行排序,深入探讨西藏自我发展能力现状及影响因素,并提出培育西藏自我发展能力的政策建议。To improve self-development ability of Tibet and establish long-term self- development foundation is an inevitable choice for achieving leapfrog development of economy and society in Tibet, fundamentally chang- ing its backwardness, realizing the regional economic coordinated development strategy. Based on the construc- tion of the index system of self-development ability of Tibet, taking Shigatse as an example, this article uses prin- cipal component analysis and factor analysis method to calculate the composite scores of region self-develop- ment ability of the 17 counties and one district in Shigatse bet＇s self-development ability and the influencing factors the cultivation of self-development ability in Tibet. ~ Furthermore, it discusses the present situation of Ti- of it, and then puts forward some policy suggestion on the cultivation of self-development ability in Tibet.
